Steve is an engineer and entrepreneur (CMR Surgical Ltd). He joined the board of Certo Aerospace in 2024.

Shay is an entrepreneur and co-founded Certo Aerospace in 2008. He was appointed to the board in 2009.

Rupert is a lawyer and CEO of RTC Ltd, a corporate finance consultancy. Rupert joined the board of Certo Aerospace in 2023.

Seasoned board Chair and NED with twenty years of experience in private firms, government agencies and regulatory bodies.

Former Royal Navy Lynx pilot with twenty years of experience in corporate finance and C-suite leadership of listed & unlisted companies.

Qualified accountant with twenty years of experience in engineering and financial services businesses. CFO and Company Secretary since 2018.

Experienced mechanical engineering professional with fifteen years of specialist leadership experience in aerospace and other regulated sectors.

Aerospace engineering professional with forty years of experience at Leonardo Helicopters. Chairman of the RAeS RPAS committee and various NATO Industry Advisory Groups.

Former Army Air Corps pilot and Force Commander (1000 personnel, 100 aircraft). Has since spent 10 years in government and commercial aviation as a Company Director and specialist adviser to various defence, aerospace and space companies.

Experienced accounting and operations administrator with twenty years of experience in regional engineering companies.
